<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an invention auction system allowing a potential invention to be brought out, not letting it be buried, by filing a patent application with help from a third person or providing an environment favorable for its possible commercialization, even when the inventor does not dare to file a patent application for it. <P>SOLUTION: In the system, a server has a manuscript storing area for storing a plurality of invention manuscripts provided by document contributors. The server discloses the invention manuscripts stored in the manuscript storing area to member patent attorney group preliminarily registered. The member patent attorney group is allowed to choose certain invention manuscripts from the plurality of disclosed invention manuscripts and prepare patent application documents for patent applications. Among the plurality of the invention manuscripts, the invention manuscripts whose storage duration exceeds a predetermined period, or the invention manuscripts falling out of selection, are disclosed to the second members. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
