<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam-curable composition which can provide a low-water absorption rate cured material, is excellent in the balance between a yellowing degree and a water absorption rate after heat-resistant and light-resistant tests and enables a long-term use under high-temperature high-humidity environment, and to provide a resin sheet obtained from the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The electron beam-curable composition includes the urethane (meth)acrylate (A) which is a reaction product of polycarbonate diol or polyester diol, organic diisocyanate and hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate, and a compound (B) having an alicyclic skeleton and one (meth)acryloyl group.
