<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel joint structure which eliminates an additional maintenance of a side face of a groove during repair of a panel, such as, to remove a shaped material from the groove at a connecting part of the panels and instead to fill the groove with a new unshaped sealant. <P>SOLUTION: A joint structure comprises a concave groove 2 at a connecting part of two panels 1, an unshaped sealant 3 placed in the groove 2 adjacent to a bottom face 2a, and a shaped material 4 which is mounted in the groove 2 adjacent to a surface. A primer coating layer 5 is previously formed across from a surface of the panel 1 to a bottom face 2a of the groove 2 prior to placing of the unshaped sealant. After the shaped material 4 is mounted in the groove 2, a top coat film 6 is formed across from the surface of the panel 1 to a surface of the shaped material 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
