<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a fastener of a flat cable which is smaller than conventional ones with high productivity and provide a thus produced compact fastener that can be quickly fixed to a portion to be attached. <P>SOLUTION: A fastener which attaches a flat cable to a portion to be attached 60 such as an electronic circuit board is produced in the following steps. A thin plate-like lateral member M which is a part of a sheet 2 made of synthetic resin, is cut out to form a tongue piece part 3 which extends from a base end part M1 thereof toward a tip end part M2 thereof. First displacement prevention means 31 which prevents the horizontal displacement of the flat cable is provided between a base end part 4a of a notched part 4 which remained through the cutting out of a tongue piece part and a base end part of a tongue piece part. Second displacement prevention means 32, 32a and 32b are also provided between a tip end part 3b of the tongue piece part and a tip end part 4b of the notched part. A double-sided adhesive laminate 9 is provided on the back side of the notched part to complete the fastener and the fastener is fixed by pressing to the portion to be attached. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
