Provided is a vehicle underbody structure which allows the impact of a front or rear collision, including an offset collision or a diagonal collision, to be efficiently absorbed or distributed when being transferred to the underbody. The vehicle underbody structure includes the underbody (12) with a floor portion (22) on which a lower dash portion (24) and a lower back portion (26) are vertically constructed from the both ends thereof in the back-and-forth direction of the vehicle; a suspension member (50) which is elongated in the direction of width of the vehicle and coupled to the underbody (12) while being in surface contact with the front face of the lower dash portion (24); and a front energy absorbing (EA) member (16) which is elongated in the direction of width of the vehicle and coupled to a front wall (50F) of the suspension member (50).
