CONSTITUTION: A rotary spacer comprises a cover(110), a rotary unit(120), a connection unit(130), and a fixing unit(140) The cover has a cylindrical hallow shape. One or more grooves of a hemi spherical shape are formed in an inner surface of the cover. The rotary unit has the cylindrical hallow shape. The exterior of the rotary unit is close to an inner surface having a first hollow of the cover. The rotary unit has a second hollow for fixing one wire of bundle conductor transmission lines. The connection unit is combined with the cover and the fixing unit. The fixing unit includes a hollow for fixing one wire of the bundle conductor transmission lines.
