PURPOSE: A processing method of fried chicken containing ginseng is provided to enable users to eat the fried chicken without a separate cooking process. CONSTITUTION: A processing method of fried chicken containing ginseng comprises the following steps: uniformly inserting invigorating food materials(3) containing ginseng powder into dressed chicken(1) with the depth of 1cm; and frying the dressed chicken. The invigorating food materials include 60g of ginseng powder, 20g of astragalus membranaceus powder, 10g of garlic, and 10g of jujube. |
