PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disturbance of observation of cultured cells caused by occurrence of wrinkles in a cell culture vessel in a cell culture using the cell culture vessel composed of a soft packing material.

SOLUTION: The cell culture vessel in which cells and a culture solution are sealed and which is composed of a soft packing material for performing cell culture includes a means for preventing occurrence of wrinkles. The means for preventing occurrence of wrinkles is a frame or a plate having rigidity or a part formed in thickness to have rigidity in the cell culture vessel. A loading table for loading the cell culture vessel is equipped with a means for preventing occurrence of wrinkles of the cell culture vessel and the cell culture vessel may be equipped with an area for preventing occurrence of wrinkles by the means for preventing occurrence of wrinkles. Further, the circumference of a region for observing cells in the cell culture vessel and the circumference of an observation hole in the loading table are each equipped with connection means that are mutually connected and fix the cell culture vessel on the loading table and the area for preventing occurrence of wrinkles is provided with the region for observing cells by connecting the cell culture vessel to the loading table.
