CONSTITUTION: A device, for measuring the deformation amount of a product by using a rotatable arc camera frame, comprises a supporting board, a horizontal frame, an arc frame(325) and a camera part(340). A product(330) in which the measurement target is fixed in the bracket. The horizontal frame is formed on the outside of the bracket in order to determine the hardness, while revolving around product. The arc frame is fixed to the edge of the horizontal frame. The arc frame shows the locus of the hemi spherical grain with the rotation of the horizontal frame. The camera part installs so that the latitude can be varied according to the arc frame.
