摘要 PURPOSE: A blow pipe structure for a blast furnace is provided to confirm and precisely control the mounting position of a pulverized coal injection lance, thereby estimating the injection direction and condition of pulverized coal injected into a blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: A blow pipe structure for a blast furnace comprises a main blow pipe member(10), a cover window member, a hot air supply pipe member(30), and a pulverized coal injection lance member(40). The main blow pipe member is inserted into a tuyre of a blast furnace from the leading end thereof. The cover window member, comprising a transparent or translucent display window, blocks up the back end of the main blow pipe member. The hot air supply pipe member is connected to the main blow pipe member in front of the display window and supplies hot air to the inside of the main blow pipe member. The pulverized coal injection lance member passes through the main blow pipe member in front of the hot air supply pipe member so that an end thereof protrudes to the inside of the main blow pipe member. A coordinate system is displayed on the display window of the cover window member so that the end position of the pulverized coal injection lance member inserted into the main blow pipe member can be confirmed.
