<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning method with which a performance of a micro chip can be recovered, and a cleaning liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a cleaning method of a micro fluid device, including cleaning a fluid channel which is formed in the micro fluid device and has a surface having polymer coating and with which a sample containing nuclear acid and/or protein is brought into contact, by bringing the fluid channel into contact with a cleaning liquid comprised of only an organic solvent having water solubility at least to water of the same volume at 25°C, or a cleaning liquid containing the organic solvent of 50 vol.% or more in a buffer solution. In the cleaning method, the pH of the buffer solution is 8 to 10; the buffer solution further contains a protein denaturant of 3 to 8M; or the pH of the buffer solution is 2 to 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
