<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a preparation of a small-size and of being easy to take as has a high content of nateglinide, is rapidly absorbed, and develops a hypoglycemic action. <P>SOLUTION: The nateglinide preparation has a content of nateglinide of 26% or more relative to the total weight of the preparation, and a content of at least one disintegrant selected from carmellose or salts thereof, carboxymethyl starch sodium, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, partially pregelatinized starch, and hydroxypropyl cellulose with a low degree of substitution, of 28% or more relative to the total weight of the preparation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
