<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing triazole derivatives that is easy, simple and inexpensive, and has excellent yield, and with which a triazole derivative free from a heavy metal waste liquid treatment problem is produced. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the triazole derivatives includes reducing a nitro-azo compound to obtain the triazole derivative by using, with respect to nitro-azo compounds, an equimolar amount or more of sulfur compounds containing alkali metal as a nitro group reducing agent under the coexistence of a water-soluble organic solvent and water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
