<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-proof container which is excellent in moisture-proof effect, capable of reducing pollution caused by the dust of a desiccant, and easily manufactured at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: In the moisture-proof container including a cylindrical container body, and a lid which encloses the container body and fitted thereto in an opening/closing manner and storing the desiccant in the container body, the container body includes a storage chamber installed on its opening side, and a desiccant chamber installed on its bottom to store the desiccant, and the storage chamber includes an annular projecting part having an inclined surface with its inside diameter narrowed toward the desiccant chamber. The storage chamber and the desiccant chamber are partitioned by a moisture-permeable dustproof sheet which is sealed to the inclined surface of the annular projecting part.
