<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce compressed wood, to obtain a compressed wood product in which a grain and a touch of the compressed wood are not damaged. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the compressed wood product includes: a compression process (step S33) for softening a blank material formed of nearly bowl-shaped wood and compressing the material to be compressed wood in a bowl shape different from the material before softened by being applied with a compression force; a protection film mounting process (step S33) for mounting a protection film formed of a material which does not make a melt synthetic resin pass to an inner wall surface of the compressed blank material; and a resin reinforcement part forming process (step S37) for forming a predetermined shaped resin reinforcement part on the protection film 10 by arranging the compressed wood mounted with the protection film on its inner wall surface in an injection mold and carrying out injection molding of the synthetic resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
