<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a technology capable of keeping the service life of a tool gear long by a relatively inexpensive processing machine, for shortening processing time with high accuracy and efficiency in finishing processing of an internal gear. <P>SOLUTION: A tool gear 1 of sticking a hard abrasive grain to a gear-shaped base metal surface of a male die fittable to a processing object internal gear 2 with a clearance between their tooth surfaces, is used. The tool gear 1 is inserted between teeth of the processing object internal gear 2, torque in the rotational direction is imparted so as to contact with one side of the tooth surface, and while imparting reciprocating motion in the axial direction between the tool gear 1 and the processing object internal gear 2 in that state, the finishing processing is performed on the tooth surface of the processing object internal gear 2. The reciprocating motion is also set to very small reciprocating motion. Alternatively, in addition to it, tooth surface finishing processing is performed while varying a position in the axial direction between the tool gear 1 and the processing object internal gear 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
