ONLINE QUALITY DETECTION METHOD FOR CLOSURE ASSEMBLY

An online quality detection method for a closure assembly is provided, which uses a light source, cameras, image acquisition devices, a controller and a rejecting mechanism to detect the closure assembly. The method closely matches the production process of a closure assembling machine, enabling quality detection of both the inner and outer cover on the track of the closure assembling machine, and detection of the finished product after assembling the closure, the method rejects unqualified products by the controller; and can alarm and stop the closure assembling machine to work in the abnormal situation.
