PURPOSE: A rotation and seesaw play tool is provided to enable a user to feel an interest by being driven by self-generation. CONSTITUTION: A rotation and seesaw play tool comprises: a base of the play tool; a base central shaft(150); a rotational plate central shaft(160) interlinking the base central shaft and a rotational plate; a rotational plate(130) fixed to the rotational plate central shaft; a transverse member central shaft(110) installed on the rotational plate; a transverse member(120) installed on the transverse member central shaft; a drive member equipped in the transverse member; a generator arranged in the transverse member; a first electric motor; a link device; a second electric motor; a rotating member transferring the torque of the second electric motor to the rotational plate central shaft; and rotating rotational plate. |
