<p>A manufacturing machine (20) of a cigarette filter is provided with a pair of heating rolls (62U, 62L) which are disposed with an acetate tow serving as a corrugated sheath provided therebetween and has corrugating molds (62a, 62b) that molds a large number of longitudinal grooves on the acetate tow by heating and roll shafts (81, 80) that are protruded from both end surfaces thereof, respectively, bearing support arms (74) and bearing support tables (73) that rotatably support the pair of heating rolls (62U, 62L) at both end portions of the roll shafts (81, 80), respectively, and a pair of air cylinders (75a) that applies a uniform molding pressure along a width of a molded gap to the acetate tow which passes between the corrugating molds (62a, 62b) by pressing the heating roll (62U) toward the heating roll (62L) through the bearing support arms (74) on the both sides of one heating roll (62U).</p> |
