PURPOSE: A barcode based bill management/payment method using a barcode printed on a bill, a wireless terminal thereof, and a program recording media thereof are provided to make payment in a wireless terminal by reading a barcode. CONSTITUTION: An image reading unit(130) acquires an image data with a barcode printed on a bill. The image reading unit reads the barcode included in the image data. A barcode reading unit(135) identifies one or more identification information by reading the barcode information. A billing information confirming unit(140) confirms one or more billing information based on one or more identification information.
