摘要 PURPOSE: A node system for controlling congestion between destinations by using a diameter protocol and a controlling method thereof are provided to assort a peer according to a congested degree by grasping congestion between destinations. CONSTITUTION: A first destination node and a fourth destination node are respectively arranged in destinations on a transmission path which uses a diameter protocol. The first destination node and a fourth destination node write the congestion information of an opponent destination node and the congestion information of a peer node in a routing table which is included in packet data transmitted to the opponent destination node. The first destination node and a fourth destination node write a concerned destination node in DWR(Device Watchdog Request) message. A second relaying node and a third relaying node form the peer of an communication environment by respectively using TCP and SCTP(Stream Control Transmission Protocol) protocol with the first destination node and the fourth destination node. The second relaying node and the third relaying node relay packet data to a corresponding node by grasping an address of a target destination node.
