<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine relative positions between supply passages and connecting portions and reduce a possibility of liquid leakage at the connecting portions, when a member having the plurality of supply passages for supplying liquid and a member having the plurality of connecting portions connected to the supply passages are interconnected. <P>SOLUTION: This liquid ejection apparatus includes: a liquid supply member having the plurality of liquid supply passages for supplying liquid; and a connecting surface having the plurality of connecting portions connected to the liquid supply passages, respectively. The liquid ejection apparatus further includes: a first positioning portion for determining the relative position between the liquid supply passage member and the connecting surface in one direction in the direction of the connecting surface; and a second positioning portion for determining the relative position in the one direction and an other direction perpendicular to the one direction. A first distance d1 between gravity centers of the first positioning portion and the connecting portion arranged farthest away from the first positioning portion is longer than a second distance d2 between gravity centers of the second positioning portion and the connecting portion arranged farthest away from the second positioning portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
