<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve opening and closing state display device that can discriminate an opening and closing state of a valve at present, and can discriminate whether the valve should be opened or closed. <P>SOLUTION: A valve opening and closing state display implement 5 which is attached to the valve 100 for opening and closing piping, and displays the opening and closing state of the valve 100 has an inherent information display region 12a which displays inherent information imparted to the valve 100, and a first normal opening and closing state display region 14a which displays the opening and closing state of the valve at a normal time. The valve opening and closing state display implement switches the display of the first normal opening and closing state display region 14a by stacking display change tablets 20 and attaching and detaching them with respect to the first normal opening and closing state display region 14a.
