<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the convenience of a user, even if an irregular battery is used. <P>SOLUTION: A battery 11 serving as a power source is mounted on a vehicle 10. A battery control device 16 of the vehicle 10 includes a verification section 16b. The verification section 16b determines whether the battery 11 is regular or not. If the battery 11 is not regular, a control section 16c limits the charge of the battery 11. Accordingly, the use of an irregular battery is suppressed. A user registers predetermined information from an input terminal 28, and thereby, it is possible to obtain charge permission based on temporary verification from an administration organization server 26. When there is the charge permission based on the temporary verification, it is possible to charge an irregular battery.
