<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a restoration time into a desired seat position in a motor device for moving a plurality of mechanisms by one motor. <P>SOLUTION: The motor device 10 includes the motor 11 operating a slide mechanism 21, a front vertical moving mechanism 22, a rear vertical moving mechanism 23 and a reclining mechanism 24, and a seat ECU 12 controlling the drive of the motor 11. The seat ECU 12 is provided with a memory to store and compare the present position and storage position of a vehicular seat 20.
