<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent chip from being formed at a corner part of a lens even when receiving an impact in a lens unit having a lens holder for holding the lens by bringing at least a part of a lens rim part into contact with the inner peripheral face. <P>SOLUTION: The lens unit includes the lens holder holding the lens by bringing at least a part of the lens rim part into contact with the inner peripheral face. The lens holder is configured to include a projection at the inner peripheral face. The projection is narrower than the width of the lens rim part and has a height which is regulated such that, when the lens and the lens holder are relatively displaced by the impact, the corner part of the lens rim part is prevented from coming into contact with the inner peripheral face. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
