<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a dimension in the axial direction by improving operability of an input side member. <P>SOLUTION: The other end of an output side member 2 is supported by being inserted into a cylindrical part 3a of the input side member 3 inserted into an input side sidewall 1a. The cylindrical part 3a is formed with a transmission part 3d having a recessed part 3c of a first cam surface via a first flange part 3b. A first roller 5 is arranged between the recessed part 3c and an inner peripheral surface of a control member 4 supported by a housing 1. A holding member 6 is arranged for holding the first roller 5. A set of rollers of a pair of second rollers 8 and a spring is arranged between a second cam surface 7a of a cam flange 7 arranged in the output side member 2, and the housing 1. A column part 4a arranged between the set of the rollers is integrally formed in the control member 4. A pressing object part 7c pressed by the column part 4a is formed in the cam flange 7. A coil spring 11 for returning and rotating the input side member 3 is arranged between the transmission part 3d and the output side member 2.
