<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter unit used for an air cleaner, which has a constitution that a user can recognize an installation direction at once, so that the air cleaning performance of a filter is fully used. <P>SOLUTION: The filter unit, which is composed of the filter 1 that has two or more filter parts with different air cleaning performances and a filter housing 2 that stores the filter 1, has an installation direction discrimination means provided in the filter 1 and the filter housing 2 so that the user can recognize the installation direction of the filter 1 and the filter housing 2 at once. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
