In order to stably and space-efficiently attach a harness protector to a reinforcer having a circular cross-section, the protector (3) through which a wire harness (2) is passed is disposed above a vehicle-side horizontal reinforcer (1), which has a circular cross-section, along the lengthwise direction of the reinforcer, a bowed concavity (7) formed at the bottom of the protector is fitted to the bowed upper surface of the reinforcer, and a locking clamp (4) provided protruding from the bottom is fitted to a hole section (5) of the reinforcer. The side wall (21) of the protector is provided with a notched section (31) that interconnects with the bowed concavity (7) and a bracket (23) that is positioned above the notched section. The receiving bracket (14) of the reinforcer is fitted to the notch, and the bracket is screwed and affixed to the receiving bracket. The bottom surface of a ground terminal (27) of the wire harness is exposed at the bottom surface of the bracket (23), and at the same time as the screwing and affixing, the bottom surface of the ground terminal is contacted to the conductive receiving bracket (14). |
