<p>Provided is an operation diagnosis device (100) that diagnoses whether or not an energy-saving operation has been performed. An obtaining unit (101) obtains a running pattern when a moving body has been decelerated by a user. A creating unit (102) creates a running pattern that maximizes the amount of energy conserved by the moving body, based on a deceleration pattern obtained by the obtaining unit (101) and an energy conservation amount. A recording unit (103) records the running pattern created by the creating unit (102). A specifying unit (104) specifies the running pattern that maximizes the amount of energy conserved when the moving body decelerates (the energy conservation amount). A diagnosing unit (105) diagnoses the running status of the deceleration pattern obtained by the obtaining unit (101), based on the optimum pattern specified by the specifying unit (104). A reporting unit (108) reports to the user the results of the diagnosis as diagnosed by the diagnosing unit (105).</p> |
