The actuator has an electromechanical drive and a housing (1), where the drive moment is transmitted by a transmission (3) between two outputs of the actuator. The outputs of the actuator are connected with the both parts of a stabilizer. The drive moment is provided by an electric motor (2). The transmission is formed in the form of an eccentric gear, whose drive shafts (3.1,3.2) are driven with the electric motor.
