PURPOSE: A back seat table assembly of a vehicle is provided to prevent the movement of a rear seat table even if a front seat moves forward. CONSTITUTION: A back seat table assembly of a vehicle comprises a back seat table(20), a locking unit, a rotary unit(50), and a swiveling unit(60). The back seat table locates in the front of the back seat console. The back seat table is composed upper table and lower table which are folded around the table hinge part. The locking unit is located in the back seat console and lifts the locking of the back seat table. The swiveling unit is connected to the rotary unit and back seat table.
