PURPOSE: A surgical nail plate is provided to minimize the change between two frames by reducing deformation such as twisting of the two frames accompanied after surgery. CONSTITUTION: A surgical nail plate is installed in a located for fixing two frames which is divided. The surgical nail plate executes an adjustment process adhering closely a base to the two frames. A drilling process is executed after the adjustment process. A holder clinches a plate in order to prevent the movement of the plate. A marking process and drilling process are executed. A screwing process is executed after the marking process and the drilling process. The change of a spike which is stuck on the corrugated surface is tested in a location which is firstly fixed By using a CT(Computerized Tomography).
