PURPOSE: A door trim structure of a vehicle is provided to reduce costs of products by integrally making an impact pad and a door trim. CONSTITUTION: A door trim structure of a vehicle comprises an inner panel, an outer panel(120), and a door trim(200). The door trim is fixed to the inner panel. An impact buffer part(300) for absorbing impact is integrally formed in the door trim. The impact buffer part is integrally shaped in the door trim. The impact buffer part comprises a protrusion(310) and a cover member(320). The protrusion is projected towards the inner panel. The protrusion has an opening formed into the groove type towards the indoor of the vehicle. The cover member is installed it blocks up the opening of the protrusion.
