<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shipping management method for a ready-mixed concrete production plant capable of preventing a measurement error and a shipping error by preliminarily and automatically checking consistency in command data on instructions for production or shipping of a product transmitted and received between a control panel and a shipping management device. <P>SOLUTION: A shipping management device 4 sends command data A to a control panel 3 as well as a slump management device 5 which manages a slump. The shipping management device 4 then sends information on a concrete mix, shipping amount, and a shipping vehicle number of a product scheduled to commence production or shipping to the slump management device 5 as commencement confirmation data B before the control panel commences a production or shipping operation of the product based on the received command data A. The slump management device 5 compares the received commencement command data B with the previously received command data A and sends start instruction signal C to the control panel 3 to instruct the same to commence the production or shipping of the product only when consistency between the command data A and the commencement command data B is confirmed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
