<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-forming device for a heat-resistant container, in which a PET resin heat resistant container can be manufactured at comparatively low cost by using an existing molding device. <P>SOLUTION: The hot-forming device is provided with: a loading unit 210 that loads an initial blow-molded article 30 onto a conveyance means 250, which is provided so as to move in a straight line, by raising a table 211, fitting a positioning pin into the opening of a neck unit in the initial blow-molded article 30, and using a gripping means to grip the outer circumferential unit of the neck unit; a heat-treatment unit 220 that performs the heat-treatment molding on the initial blow-molded article 30 to yield an intermediate molded article; a final blow-molding unit 230 that performs final blow-molding on the intermediate molded article to yield the heat-resistant container 10 having a prescribed shape; and a collection unit 240 that collects the heat-resistant container 10 by removing from the conveyance means 250. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
