<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid unnecessary bands generated by adding a frame length due to padding processing for fragment frames smaller than a minimum frame length in fragmentation of signals. <P>SOLUTION: A packet signal from which a header is removed is divided by a fragment length to generate fragments. When a frame length of a part including the end opposite from the header in the packet signal is shorter than the sum of the fragment length and a threshold, this part is processed so as not to be divided, and the packet signal is divided into multiple fragments. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
