<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage of solar cells and enable the solar cells to be mounted easily and precisely. <P>SOLUTION: In a solar cell module 1, a back sheet 9 is disposed on a rear surface of an insulated substrate 3 made of an insulation resin, and a circuit layer 5 is provided on a front surface. A panel 2 is provided on the light incident side of the insulated substrate 3. An upper sealing material 7 and a lower sealing material 8 are provided between the panel 2 and the insulated substrate 3 to sandwich and seal a solar cell 4 between sealing materials 7 and 8. Through holes, each of which allows a conductive connection material 13 placed on the circuit layer 5 to penetrate, are formed at the lower sealing material 8, and one end of each conductive connection material 13 is connected to an electrode 10 of the solar cell 4. Spacers 14, supporting the solar cell 4, are buried at predetermined intervals in the lower sealing material 8.
