<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection plate for a lighting apparatus in which discoloration of the reflection plate is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The reflection plate includes a substrate 11, a silver film 14 being a reflection film containing silver and having a reflection surface for reflecting incident visible light, and a non-reflection surface side protection layer 13 arranged on the silver film 14 at a side opposite to the reflection surface and blocks light of a wavelength of 400 nm or shorter. In the reflection plate 10 for a lighting apparatus, deterioration of the substrate 11 due to UV is suppressed, and light resistance is improved.
