<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide socks which can surely suppress the deterioration of a function of a skeleton arch structure of a leg caused by walking and running for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: This socks 1 have toes 10, soles 20, insteps 30, heals 40 and ankles 50. The soles 20 have X-shaped supports 24, the insteps 30 have fixed parts 34 for fixing sides of the toes 10 of the supports 24 at sides of the toes 10, the insteps 30 have second fixing parts 38 for fixing sides of the heals of the supports 24 at sides of the ankles 50, and/or the ankles 50 have third fixing parts 52, 54 for fixing the sides of the heals of the supports 24 at sides of the insteps 30.
