<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching element compensation circuit capable of reducing power loss of a switching element. <P>SOLUTION: A switching element compensation circuit gives a control pulse to a control terminal of a switching element 1 to perform the switching control. The switching element compensation circuit has: a first threshold voltage variation detectors 2, 24, 25 that detect variation in a threshold voltage of the switching element from an output voltage Vout controlled via the switching element; a first control signal generators 22, 23, 26, 27 that generate a first control signal depending on an output of the first threshold voltage variation detectors; and an amplitude controllers 21, 28, 29 that controls an amplitude of the control pulse depending on an output of the first control signal generators. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
