<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a normal drive voltage to a liquid crystal element, without enlarging a pixel pitch by adopting such a configuration that each other's circuit configuration components and each other's wires in which a positive-polarity signal side pixel circuit part and a negative-polarity signal side pixel circuit part in each pixel are paired with each other are arranged line-symmetrically with respect to a virtual pixel center line. <P>SOLUTION: In the wire of the positive-polarity signal side pixel circuit part such as a Vdd wire 102, a Cs1 connection wire 104 and a wire for a data line Di+ 106 and the wire of the negative-polarity signal side pixel circuit part such as a Vdd wire 103, a Cs2 connection wire 105 and a wire for a data line Di- 107, the each other's corresponding wires are arranged in line-symmetrical positions with respect to a pixel center line II-II'. The Vdd wire 102 and the Vdd wire 103 are arranged at both right and left ends of one pixel, to function as a guard pattern for suppressing crosstalk from the Cs1 connection wires or Cs2 connection wires of the right and left adjacent pixels.
