INTERIOR PANEL DEVICE AND FITTING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior panel device and a fitting method therefor allowing a functional panel to be fitted on an existing wall surface with stable strength regardless of an installation position.

SOLUTION: An interior panel device 1 includes: a functional panel 10 retrofitted to a wall surface 6; a pair of vertical frames 5 and 5 fitted to a wall material 60 configuring the wall surface; and a holding member 11 provided between the pair of vertical frames, for holding the functional panel. The holding member is provided so as to be disposed between the pair of vertical frames and is fixed by a fixing member 20 screwed through the wall material to a base frame configuring the wall surface.
