PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nondirectional antenna device of a wider band and a higher gain than before by easily optimizing the element length of a passive element.

SOLUTION: This invention is a nondirectional antenna device 1 including: a first dielectric substrate 2 having a first conductive layer 3 on one surface; a loop-like slot 4 formed on the first conductive layer 3; a feeder circuit having a feeder line 6 extending to the inner side of the loop-like slot 4 on the other surface of the dielectric substrate 2; a ground conductor 3b comprising a part not surrounded by the loop-like slot 4 in the first conductive layer 3; and the passive element 5 disposed so as to hold the first dielectric substrate 2 therebetween. The passive element 5 is divided at the center part in the length direction.
