<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily control the volume of a sound emitted by a sounding apparatus to a volume comfortably audible to a user at the generation of noise. <P>SOLUTION: In a TV system 10, a sound emitted by a television 20 (sounding apparatus) is measured just near the television 20, and a mixed sound in which the sound emitted by the television 20 is mixed with noise is measured by a remote control 100.
