<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal hose which permits operations of connecting a connecting component to a spiral tube to be simplified and strong connection to be achieved. <P>SOLUTION: The metal hose 10 has a flexible, metallic hollow spiral tube 11 formed spirally and a connecting component 12 which enables connection to another device at least at one end part 11a of the spiral tube 11. The connecting component 12 includes a tubular inner pipe 13 to be installed inside the spiral tube 11 and a tubular hose socket 17 to be installed outside the spiral tube 11. The inner pipe 13 has protrusions 14 formed to enable inset into the spiral groove 11b provided inside the spiral tube 11. The hose socket 17 has protrusions 18 formed to enable inset into the spiral groove 11c provided outside the spiral tube 11. The connecting component 12 is connected to the spiral tube 11 through sandwiching the spiral tube 11 on the inside and the outside by the protrusions 14 of the inner pipe 13 and the protrusions 18 of the hose socket 17, respectively, together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
