<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella which can be recognized even if a visual field is bad from twilight of rainy day to night. <P>SOLUTION: Reflective (cloth) plates are provided at everywhere (inside and outside points of umbrella) of the umbrella, and where light emitting diodes and other fluorescent paints are applied or stuck. Then people who walks along with the umbrella becomes clear to the eyes of those who drive vehicles from twilight time of rainy day to night.
