FOAM SHEET, AND METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam sheet having a clear identification display in an area opposing a projection apex face most adequate for a display area.

SOLUTION: The foam sheet 10b includes a cap film 11 which is fed to a forming roll having a plurality of cavities on its outer circumferential surface to execute the vacuum forming of projections corresponding to the cavity shape in the cavities, and a back film 12 which is heat-bonded to the cap film 11 to seal air within the projections. The predetermined identification display 12a which is recessed and/or projected, is provided on a surface of the back film 12 opposing the apex face of the projection 11a of the cap film 11.
