<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor apparatus which is capable of detecting a material to be examined with high sensitivity and fixing the object to be measured or a capturing material with high density, includes a carrier with high operability and is capable of promptly measuring a concentration of the material to be examined, and a concentration measuring method of the material to be examined employing the biosensor apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a biosensor apparatus including: a measuring cell which has a passage in which a membrane support 13 comprised of a fiber-like material and capable of passing a liquid sample to be measured therethrough is fixed; a cell holder capable of mounting the measuring cell therein; a light radiation section 30 for irradiating the membrane support 13 in the measuring cell mounted in the cell holder with light through the passage; a light receiving section 40 for receiving translucent light from the membrane support 13 through the passage and measuring the quantity of received light; and liquid passing means removably connected to the measuring cell for supplying the liquid sample to be measured to the passage and uniformly passing the liquid sample to be measured through the membrane support 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
