<p>The disclosed heat cooker is provided with: a cooling fan for sucking in outside air from outside a casing and blowing the same into the casing during heat cooking of an item to be heated; an electrical component chamber which circulates the outside air that was blown by the cooling fan into the casing; an air supply opening provided in a heating compartment to supply the outside air of the electrical component chamber to the heating compartment; an exhaust opening in the heating compartment for discharging smoke from the heating compartment to outside the heating compartment; an exhaust tube for guiding to outside of the casing the smoke that has exited the heating compartment through the exhaust opening; an air supply damper for opening and closing the air supply opening; and a control unit (200) for controlling the opening and closing of the air supply damper. The control unit (200) controls opening and closing of the air supply damper such that the aforementioned air supply opening is opened to a target opening amount determined in advance and greater than 0% during heat cooking of the item to be heated, and further controls the opening and closing of the air supply damper such that when heat cooking of the item to be heated has finished, the air supply opening is opened to a degree greater than that of the aforementioned target opening amount.</p> |
